Doberman Pinschers - Most doberman pinschers are of the dark and tan variety. A lot of the body is dark, with tan markings around the facial skin and thighs. However, theres a color dilution gene in the breed which allows for additional color variants as well. When doberman pinschers have a dominating color and a dominating dilution gene the effect is a brownish and corrosion dog, which is the most frequent deviation of the dark and tan color. The doberman pinschers show significant behavioral problems however, and its been recommended that no-one breed the white variety any longer.
